Richard A. Leff, Esq. has dedicated his current practice to counseling clients in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate and estate administration in New York City, Long Island and throughout the New York Metropolitan area.   Mr. Leff is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in both the States of New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Leff’s estate planning and elder law practice is his passion.  He understands the difficult decisions his clients often face when planning their estates and the effects these decisions have on their family and loved ones.  Cognizant of these concerns, Mr. Leff has a strong desire to help his clients by providing them with the best possible solutions to protect their interests and aims to achieve these goals wIth compassion, patience and understanding .
  
Mr. Leff also has a passion for his real estate practice.  He has provided legal representation to clients in purchases and sales transactions of houses, condominiums, co-ops and buildings throughout the New York area.  As a New York bank attorney, he has closed countless transactions for numerous national and local lenders.
